What a HUGE response for bagels. We will have to begin the process on Nov. 1st so that everyone receives what they ordered. I will also do pumpkin bread since so many ordered it. Pumpkin bread will last for months in refrigerator. Hope this is okay with everyone.

Well I have some Good News for all of you. Tom made bagels this weekend and will continue to practice baking in the woodfired oven but they were soooooo good. So we thought if you would like to place an order for the Thanksgiving week, we will do them. Now don't get picky, but we will do the Everything, Plain, Sesame, Poppy and Onion. We will NOT do flavored. Message me with phone number and if you would like cream cheese, mention that also.

We are doing a catering job on Thursday and will be making Chicken Salad. If you are interested in 16oz of his Chicken Salad, pm me. Tom will start making breads in the wood fired oven also, but will let you know more on what day/days.

Merry Christmas! I was in desperate need of the Pear Jam that we use to have at the store so I ordered a case since I have had requests. I also ordered Peach Habanero, Raspberry and Blackberry Jalapeño and a Hot Peach. If you need Mulling Spice I have them as well. Just message me and I can meet you.

The time has come when I must get rid of a few more things from Hot Bagel. Friday and Saturday I will have a YARD SALE from 8 - 12 each day. White boxes, bread pans, bread baskets plus more. Also, children's clothes; up to 12 months and other things for babies. Most clothes were worn only once or twice. Dining room chairs, T.V. stand. I am positive I have anything you might need, plus Tom is going to make macaroons. Saturday he will bake brownies! 163 Nebraska Avenue, OR It will be nice to see you!
