🍊 Oakland’s own OG Mike stopped by recently to try the Mont Blanc, our Melbourne-inspired coffee created in collaboration with Oakland Roots Sports Club!

Made with iced cold brew, orange-infused whipped cream, orange zest, and nutmeg, it’s bold, creamy, bright, and quickly becoming a late spring/early summer favorite.

The Mont Blanc is part of the Australia À La Carte campaign, a community-wide effort celebrating the arrival of the Australian Men’s National Team (the Socceroos) to Oakland for the 2026 World Cup. We’re proud to join fellow East Bay businesses, community leaders, and storytellers in welcoming Team Australia and sharing a little of what makes our corner of the Bay special.

🌸 Join us tomorrow, June 19, from 10–11 AM for this month’s Third Friday Tasting featuring Sumatra Bener Meriah Jasmine Co-Ferment, Mr. Espresso | Coffee & Machines’s first-ever co-ferment.

There’s been plenty of conversation around co-fermented coffees lately, and naturally, we wanted to see what all the excitement was about. Made with Sumatra Typica that has been co-fermented with jasmine and yeast, this coffee brings distinctive notes of jasmine, raspberry, chamomile, and clove.

For this tasting, we’ll be serving it iced, a refreshing way to experience its floral aromatics and fruit-forward character.

Every month, our Third Friday Tastings are an opportunity to try something new, ask questions, and spend a little time with coffee before heading into the weekend.

Brandon Talley, Mr. Espresso’s Assistant Director of Coffee Quality, will be brewing and guiding the tasting. Whether you work in coffee, enjoy exploring new flavors, or are simply curious about co-ferments, we’d love to have you join us.

⚽ Introducing the Mont Blanc, a Melbourne-inspired coffee created in collaboration with oaklandroot to celebrate the arrival of the Australian Men’s National Team (the Socceroos) to Oakland for the 2026 World Cup.

Made with iced cold brew, orange-infused whipped cream, orange zest, and nutmeg, it’s bold, creamy, bright, and unlike anything else on our menu right now.

We’re proud to be one of several East Bay businesses participating in this community-wide celebration of soccer, culture, and community. The campaign brings together local restaurants, organizations, and storytellers to welcome Team Australia to Oakland and share a little of what makes our community special.

To top it off, 15% of all Mont Blanc sales will support Oakland Roots and Oakland Soul, helping invest in the clubs and community they serve.

You asked, we listened! Tomorrow, Saturday June 6th, we’re bringing back not one... but three special drinks to close out our 3rd Anniversary Celebration. 🎉 

💜 Purple Reign: of , author of and baker of this week’s confetti cake brings us a drink made with a double shot of espresso shaken with coconut water and crowned with a velvety layer of house-made ube cold foam and toasted coconut.

🍫 Dubai Chocolate Einspänner ’s brings his twist to a classic Einspänner. This drink blends together espresso and sauce and is topped with light pistachio cream, finely chopped pistachios and toasted kadayif.

🇻🇳 Cà Phê Sữa Matcha: Inspired by traditional Vietnamese cà phê sữa đá, ’s iced coffee features sweetened condensed milk and bold espresso, topped with a fragrant matcha foam from . The result is a creamy, earthy, and beautifully balanced drink that mellows the caffeine kick with an aromatic finish.

As part of our 3-Year Anniversary Celebration, we’re giving away prizes every day from today through this Saturday, June 6.

Each day, we’ve randomly stickered three cups at The Caffè. Look for a gold “Winner” sticker on your cup and bring it to the counter to claim your prize! Easy as that.
