Today, there is one thing that makes us HAPPY all day. 😍 A returned customer orders our food again. He came back and brought our PAPER BAG that he saved from his previous order.

Earth Day is yesterday. Here, we always think and act like everyday is the Earth Day.

Operating a virtual kitchen where we serve food on only takeout and delivery (no dine-in service) stresses us out with packaging materials. We chose recyclable/ reusable/ compostable material where we can.

Our decision can’t solve all issues related to global warming, climate change, and plastic waste, but we do the best we can little by little.

Let’s Recycle, Reuse, Compost!

Với mục tiêu chia sẻ những món ăn thắm vị tình quê và có lợi cho sức khỏe người dùng, Que's Kitchen xin được ra mắt sản phẩm mới, Bánh Tráng Gạo Lứt Nâu Gia Vị. Thành phần bao gồm gạo lứt nâu (sản phẩm của Hoa Kỳ), mè đen, bột năng, cốt dừa, tiêu, hành, và ít muối.

Bánh được sản xuất theo quy trình khép kín, xấy bằng máy, đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh tại Oakland, và được cấp giấy phép bởi Alameda County Department of Environment Health, California, USA.

Ingredients are locally produced brown rice (product of USA), sesame, tapioca flour, coconut milk, black pepper, onion, and little salt. The cracker is hand-made from scratch in Oakland, California. Our mission is to offer an enriching, healthier meal experience serving authentic Vietnamese food. Using higher nutrition ingredients, we handcraft fresh noodles from scratch by applying traditional cooking techniques. We also aim to support local business, by using local ingredients, where possible and in doing so, reduce our carbon footprint.
