Our Supper Club is heading to Alba Vineyard on Saturday, November 14, and we’re sharing Chef Pablo’s full menu with you today! The night opens with sparkling w**e and hors d’oeuvres, then five courses at one long table, each with a w**e pairing.

To Begin:
Caviar with Crispy Potato Cake
Sunchoke Bisque Soup Sips
Beet Fancy Toast

Dinner:
Roasted Oysters - bacon & herb compound butter

Autumn Chicories - parsley, pickled squash, preserved lemon vinaigrette

Arctic Char - root vegetables, crispy garlic, salsa verde

Braised Short Ribs - celeriac purée, exotic mushrooms, gremolata

Two long tables beat twelve small ones.

We’ve hosted enough dinners to know that seating sets the tone. Spread guests across small tables and conversation stays in small circles. Seat them along a long table and the room opens up. Everyone can see everyone, passed dishes give people a reason to reach across, and the rhythm of the courses keeps the whole evening flowing.

On Sunday, November 1st, we’re transforming Kula Urban Farm for a traditional celebration of Día de los Mu***os.

Drawing on Chef Pablo’s roots, it’s an evening of feasting, music, and remembrance, honoring the lives of loved ones who’ve passed on.

Candlelight, flowers, an ofrenda, and five courses at one long table, inspired by his hometown of Puebla and paired with thoughtfully crafted cocktails. The menu stays a secret until you arrive.

There is no better time to gather around the table than during harvest.

Saturday, October 3rd, the Supper Club heads to Alba Vineyard for an evening among the vines. Sparkling w**e and passed hors d’oeuvres to start, then one long table overlooking the vineyard and rolling hills of the Warren Hills AVA.

Chef Pablo will prepare a five-course dinner over open fire, paired with Alba w**es — including several limited-production selections not typically poured at a tasting.

Come celebrate the harvest with us — around the fire, around the table, and with a glass of Alba in hand.

That’s a wrap on season 2!

None of this happens without the hands that build it.

To our staff — who showed up early, stayed late, and poured everything into every service: thank you. We couldn’t have done this without you.

To our partners, Matt and Scott at Barnegat Oyster Collective — for the oysters, the bay, and a collaboration that’s the whole reason this place exists at all.

And to every guest who pulled up a chair this summer — especially our Mother Shucker Club members, who believed in us before the season even started and showed up for it, week after week. We’re so grateful for your trust and support.

🦪 Fri 9/4 — 12–3pm (closed at night for a private event)
🦪 Sat 9/5 — 12–8pm
🦪 Sun 9/6 — 12–8pm
🦪 Mon 9/7 — 12–8pm, ($1 oysters & our last à la carte service of the season)

However you spend it — a quick lunch, a last Saturday night, one more Monday oyster — come sit at our table one more time this year.
