We have two new and delicious desserts for the weekend.

First: Strawberry Shortcake-3 layers of vanilla cake layered with fresh strawberries and creamy custard. Topped with a white chocolate ganache, whipped cream cheese frosting and more fresh strawberries.

Second: White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake- white chocolate and fresh raspberries swirled in a luxurious Cheesecake. Topped with raspberries.
