For the last 2.5 years, we have been *the little restaurant that could* — and we have been honored to serve this community.
Today, Evergreen is closing its doors, effective immediately. While this is a difficult decision, we’re equally excited to share what’s next.
🌟 Introducing Marcello’s – Taste of New Orleans 🌟
The restaurant will be led by Frank Marcello, a beloved Louisiana restaurateur with 35+ years of experience. His restaurant, Mandina’s in Mandeville, has long been a local favorite, and we’re thrilled to welcome his team to Ocean Springs.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our staff — especially Chef Davis Pardon — for their unwavering dedication.
And to our patrons: thank you. Your support, encouragement, and friendship have meant everything. This has been a wonderful journey, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
Marcello’s will be something special — and we know it will soon be one of your new favorite spots.
