Inspired by a kitchen of immigrants sharing their family recipes, swapping ingredients and techniques, creating an innovative and creative menu unique to our diaspora.

Regional and balanced, our menu features warm grains, savory proteins, fermented batters, and of course spiced!!!

In addition to our staple, the Nihari Brekky Burrito, we are now offering Turkish Eggs, Paratha Omelette Rolls, and Uttapam Pancakes.

These dishes are exciting, heartfelt, and encompass home style cooking 💚

Weekends are for CGP’s Nihari Brekky Burrito - our ode to the national culinary treasure in Pakistan and a beloved staple across South Asian communities. It is a comfort food that warms the soul and holds deep cultural significance.

Nihari comes from the Arabic word Nahar, meaning morning, tracing back to its origins as a laborers tonic which later turned into breakfast served in the royal kitchens of the Mughal empire.

Our Nihari is made and served traditionally, rich in flavor and slow cooked over night, ready to be served for breakfast in a burrito with the gravy, prized as much as the meat itself 🤩

We’ve curated a lineup of speciality drinks highlighting floral flavors and a traditional South Asian dessert so special, they will be available for the remainder of the summer!

The Jasmine Passion Coconut Limeade is bright and refreshing, made with passionfruit jasmine tea, lime juice, a splash of coconut milk, and coconut condensed milk, garnished with a thin slice of lime.

The Saffron Cardamom Rose Latte is inspired by the most popular desserts across the South Asian diaspora: Gulab Jamun, made of deep-fried dough balls soaked in a sweet syrup flavored with saffron, cardamom, and rose water. This delicious treat is made with double shot espresso, gulab jamun syrup, milk of choice, and a house made saffron rose sweet cream, topped with house made gulab jamun and cardamom rose dusting.
