I'm glad to have had the opportunity to attend Managers training. Everyone that knows me knows that I take pride in making sure students are served healthy meals in a welcoming environment every day. This training was important to me because it will help me grow as a leader, strengthen my management skills, and give me new ideas that I can bring back to my team. I was proud to represent Margaret Elementary School.
I was so excited to learn from different trainers and connect with other managers who understand the challenges and rewards of this role.
It will help me become more confident, have better ways to support my staff, and continue making a positive difference for the students and school I serve.
