This Saturday!!!! I’m introducing my signature Flambé Wings to Middletown, Delaware and surrounding areas!! I came up with this dish when I auditioned for Master Chef and made it through…but then my son had a seizure the day that I was to go to New York for the initial taping/interview! I was devastated but more concerned for my son…so I knew that He had something else in store for me!

They are deep fried wings in a batter like waffles and then I flambé them in a sauce with cinnamon, maple and brown sugar! It’s like chicken and waffles without the waffles!!

Then I have my next signature dish…24kt gold Wings which are a tossed in a honey bourbon sauce topped with edible gold dust!!

And because I like to cause more confusion…my latest creation…Moonlight Wings!!! Savory fried wing dings with a vanilla/lemon cream sauce drizzle accompanied with an iridescent edible dusting for effect!!
