Shawn joined us in 2017 as a Servant Heart Leader and discovered the meaning of responsibility, service, and making a difference in the lives of others. Over the years, he has earned promotions to General Manager and Operating Partner. Today, he continues to lead and inspire. Meet Craig Gross, a proud member of Our Team in Town & Country, Tampa, FL, for over six years!

Before joining MISSION BBQ, Craig proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Although his military service ended with a medical discharge in 1974, his dedication to Our Veterans and Military Community never stopped. For decades, Craig has continued Serving others through organizations including the USO, VFW Auxiliary, American Legion, Association of the United States Army, and many more. His Servant's Heart extends beyond the military, supporting nonprofit organizations, serving as a statewide chaplain in Florida, and remaining an active member of Gold Star Fathers of Florida. Craig's MISSION BBQ journey began in Catering sales and now he helps keep Our Team moving by driving BAMBAM throughout the week!
