❤❤👩‍🍳👩‍🍳Sandwich Bread🔥🔥❤❤

Butter 40g
Wheat flour 1kg
Yeast 10g-12g
Salt 18g
Sugar 40g
Milk powder 15g
Calcium propionate 3g
Chilled water 570g

*shift dry ingredients to the mixing bowl
*mix ingredients together in slow speed for 1minute
*preheat oven 225°c
*gradually add water and mix 2speed for 4 minutes
*add butter and mix 3 minutes
*rest the dough for 10 minutes and break the dough fro the required weight and give to dough round shape and dough cover with a polythene for improve 15 minutes.dough has almost double size.
*Grease a bread tray with butter and place the dough in it keep it up until dough come up to necessary size
*oven it 35-40 minutes @225°c❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥

Onoin (chopped & sliced ) 800g
Salman fish (massed) 200g
Garlic (chopped ) 30g
Ginger (chopped ) 15g
Curry leaves (finally chopped )
Chili flakes & powder 30g
Curry powder 20g
Turmeric powder 5g
Pepper powder 10g
Vegetable oil 100g
Lime powder 20g
Salt to taste

Method
*heat oil in thick pan and saute the curry leaves ,ginger,garlic paste with onion,salman fish to golden brown
*add all spices & saute a few minutes
*add potatoes,lime and adjust salt to taste & stuffed as a like ❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥

Vegetable oil 200ML
Whole egg (beaten) 300ML
Garlic (Chopped ) 40G
Ginger (chopped ) 15g
Onion (Diced ) 200g
Carrot (diced) 150g
Red raw chili (diced) 50g
Leeks (diced ) 150g
Chicken (diced) 300g
Basmathi rice (cook&cool)4kg
Chicken seasoning powder 70g
Tom yam paste 40g
Spring onion (diced) 100g
Salt to taste

Method
*heat rhe oil in a thick bottom pan &fry the egg ,then saute garlic & ginger a few minutes
*add onion, carrot,red chili, leeks and saute a few minutes
*add fried chicken
*and added rice basmathi,chicken seasoning powder,spring onions & tom yam paste and salt to taste and fry a few minutes
*and garnis with spring onions.

Hot & sour soup
Ingredient
300g pork (thinly sliced)
50g bean sprouts
100g B onion (sliced )
20g black mushrooms (sliced )
100g bamboo shoot ( thinly sliced )
10ml oil
2L water
100g tom yam paste
20 seasoning powder
04 tbs lime
20 g Chilli paste
30 g corn flour
04 egg
05 g chopped corrider leaves

Method
* heat the oil in a pan and saute onion and pork for a few minutes
*add bomboo shoots & mushrooms saute a few seconds
*add water and bring to boil and add beans sprouts,chilli paste,tom yam paste,seasoning powder,lime juice.
* slightly thicken the boiling soup with cornstarch and stir in the beaten eggs
*garnish with corrider leaves

Ingredients
500g fresh tuna fish,( middle cut,baked and flaked)
02 boiled egg (diced)
500g boilled potato,( skinned & diced )
200g Mayonnaise
05g Fresh parsley
200g apple green (diced )
100g bell pepper (red,yellow,green)
100g B onion
100g red cheery tomatoes, salt & pepper to taste

Method

* mix all above ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasoning
*serve chilled on mixed dalad greens

Madras chicken curry
1.5 chicken (cut into small pieces)
15g black pepper powder
1g cardamom
1g cloves
10g corrider seeds
5g curry leaves
50g garlic paste
25g ginger paste
200g chopped onion
30g dry chillies
150g tomato paste
15g turmeric powder
100ml vegetables oil
300ml water

Method
*Mix 1/2 oil with pepper,half ginger,garlic paste mixed into cut chicken and keep 2 hours
*heat oil in thick bottom pan and saute the chicken till golden brown and leave it aside
*in same oil saute curry leaves,onion,remainin ginger & garlic ,paste ,cloves,cardamoms,corrider,chilli,
turmeric For a few minutes
*Add tomata paste saute chicke & water cover and simmer still water evaporated
*add salt& pepper to taste
*finally add lime juice and served

Thai green papaya salad

Ingredient
1kg raw papapya (small& green)
200g sugar
150g fish sauce
50g garlic cloves
250 g roasted peanuts
3tsp lime
40g tom yam paste
50g fresh corrider leaves,
20g dry shrimp
50g cut chillies
200g tomatoes (wedges)
Salt & pepper to taste

Method
*peel and cut papaya (shreds)
*mix sugar & fish sauce until sugar dissolved
*garlic into a paste add peanuts and crush with garlic
*add papapya and mixed well
*add the corrider leaves,dry shrimps,chilii,and keep pounding and turning the ingredients to bruise.add sugar mixture ,tomato.lime juice,tom yam paste,mixed well
*taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary ,it should be balance of sweet & sour with a hot & salt taste
*served with rice

50g carrot (stripes )
50g b B onion (sliced )
20g Button mushrooms (sliced )
10g Dry chili
10Ml vegetables oill
2L water
100g tom yam paste
10g corrider leaves ,parsley (chopped )
Spring onion (sliced )

Method
*heat the oil pan and saute onion & seafood for a few mints
*add carrot ,mushrooms &chili and saute for another few seconds
*add water and bring a boil and simmer while adding
All the ingredients
*garnish with corrider & spring onions
