We also have convenient to-go dinner options that make busy summer nights easy, just pop them in the oven and dinner is ready.

Some of you may remember our oldest daughter being the first one behind the counter at Saybrook Pizza, with textbooks open, notebooks everywhere, and homework getting done between customers during her years at Old Saybrook High School.

This Monday, we got to watch her graduate from New York Law School as a Juris Doctor.

For years, this restaurant was where she studied, worked, stressed, dreamed, and grew up. Seeing her walk across that stage felt surreal for our whole family.

From helping out at the family restaurant to earning her law degree, we could not be more proud of her and everything she has accomplished.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our family throughout the years and watched our kids grow up alongside this restaurant. This moment means everything to us. 👩🏻‍⚖️🎓

We recently had the pleasure of hosting this great golf group from all over in our updated dining room at Saybrook Pizza & Restaurant. Nothing better after a long day on the fairway than pizza, pasta, and good company.

As summer approaches, Saybrook Pizza is the perfect spot for parties, team dinners, family gatherings, and larger groups — with our refreshed dining room and outdoor patio ready for the season ☀️🏌️‍♂️

A fresh new look for a place that means everything to us ❤️

After years of memories, our dining room has been given a refresh—and it’s truly a dream come true for Chef Oki.

For almost 10 years, this place has been more than just a restaurant — it’s been home ❤️

This week, we’re taking a little time to give Saybrook Pizza a fresh new look — updating our space, refreshing the interior, and making it even better for our customers ahead of summer.

We’ll be CLOSED for the next few days and are hoping to reopen Friday (we'll keep you posted!).
