Hi ALL YOU BBQ FRIENDS!
We are going to be opening our concession this summer! We will keep everyone updated ! We will be under the name “Stuffers” but we are Cowboy Pit BBQ owners.
We are offering a smaller menu as we can not hold the amount of food as a restaurant can…i will do special orders once a month such as Ribs and or brisket…. At this point our Food trailer will be our Stuffed bakers, tri tip sands, pulled pork sands, nachos, tacos, sausages and panini’s….we will have potato salad and coleslaw to start. We will add more as requested. 😀 we are super excited to make a come back after covid !!!!

For those who do not know yet....I wont be making my engraved wood art much this summer Because I am opening our Food Trailer!
So I decided to start selling my engrave files on Etsy (That I made) . I am limiting them to 500 sales of each file and then they will be pulled down for no future sales.

Here are some new designs and board for sale 😁 the olive wood boards with the prayers and Native American designs are $60.00 each, these olive wood boards are import from Switzerland and are hand made then engraved by me. They measure 14.5 x 6 including the handle.

The black walnut serving board is $70.00 and measures 20x8

To everyone who reads this,

We know everyone is wondering what in the heck is going on at cowboy pit BBQ. We are heart broken over the decision we had to make.
We have decided to shut down permanently.

I don’t want to blame Covid or the war however things have really had an impact on our business since all of that.

We hope to use our concession trailer to bring food to local events as well as far away events this summer.

We will also continue with catering 😁

Most of you don’t know this but we do not have a hood system with deep fryers and flat grills in our kitchen, all our cooking was done outside.
Not having a hood system hindered us from putting food out fast as well as being able to produce foods other then BBQ.
We know how important it is in the restaurant world to be able to serve fast, and get you home. Getting supplies were also hit a miss so we couldn’t keep several menu items ready at all times, we are sorry but we did try.

If a miracle happens and we do believe in miracles 😁, we will do our best to start over in a better and bigger way. 😁

We love all our customers and we thank you for supporting our small business for the past 6 years. We hope to see some of you at local events this year. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
