While thanking Hi-Ho today, I realized there’s another small business owner who deserves a very heartfelt thank you as well — Ed at Tony's Napoli in Olean.

Running a small business can feel overwhelming at times, especially in similar industries where competition is often expected. But Ed has always been willing to lend an ear, offer advice, help with product, and support us whenever needed. That kind of kindness and willingness to help another local business does not go unnoticed.

It says a lot about someone’s character when they choose community over competition. Support like that means more than words can fully express, especially during the hard days that come with owning and operating a business.
