The Farmers Scoop is looking for a full time motivated, reliable, and customer-focused manager to join our team!

Responsibilities Include:
✅ Managing daily Restaurant operations
✅ Leading, supporting, and training staff
✅ Providing excellent customer service and solve all issues that arise
✅ Inventory management and ordering
✅ Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
✅ Assisting with promotions and sales goals as well as social media.
✅Creating a weekly schedule for employees
✅Stepping in and taking someone’s place when needed

Qualifications:
✔ Previous retail or management experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership, communication and training skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
✔ Passion for serving the local community and keeping a fun work environment
