Many people know my dishes. Few know the life behind them. 🍽️
Sleepless nights. Early mornings. Endless hours on my feet. Eating late, in a rush, or whatever was left. Birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's spent cooking happiness for other tables, while my own seat stayed empty.
After many years working for restaurants, hotels and catering companies, I followed my own path as a private chef.
My catering business was born in the middle of the pandemic, when so many doors were closing and hope was hard to find. I kept cooking, and I went wherever I was needed to deliver bags filled with food, love and a little bit of joy.
That's when I understood that to feed is also to care. ❤️
Behind every dish are years of my life, sacrifices no one sees, and a passion that still burns. 🔥
