When the bakery I use to get my Cranberry Pistachio biscotti from stopped making it I was forced to take action! So with an oven and a recipe I measured, mixed and baked like an Italian grandmother making biscotti for her grandchildren. As the intoxicating cookie smell filled the house and they cooled to a crispy crunch I took my first bite and knew I was hooked on this home-baked Italian cookie.

That was more than 20 years ago and I’m still hooked-measuring, mixing, baking. The smell still fills the air and now I share my love of biscotti with my grandchildren and YOU. I’ve even taken this traditional cookie and turned it upside down and sideways with innovative flavors and styles making
