🌮 Meet the Taco Bout’ Tots.

This isn’t just a plate of tots…

It’s crispy golden tater tots piled high with seasoned taco beef, warm nacho cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, fresh jalapeños, and a drizzle of sour cream.

Basically… taco night and loaded tots had a baby. 😍

It’s been a little quiet over here, so I wanted to check in.

Lots A Tots is still happening! Building a business from scratch takes time, especially when you’re funding it yourself. We’re currently saving for our pop-up equipment so we can serve you the best loaded tots possible.

I’ve been working behind the scenes on my loaded tots concept—testing flavors 🍴, writing out menus 📝, and figuring out what actually makes sense.

Okay… here we go. 🍟🧡

I’m officially starting my own food truck here in Omaha called Lots A Tots!

Right now, I’m at the very beginning — paperwork, planning, figuring out funding, and learning everything as I go. I don’t even have the truck yet… but I’m building this from the ground up.

The idea is simple (and honestly, kind of amazing 😏):
Loaded tater tots with fun names like Taco Bout’ Tots, Drive-Thru Tots, and Midwest Chili Tots.

And of course… meet Mr. Tot — he thinks he runs the whole business.

I decided to start sharing the journey now instead of waiting until everything is perfect, so you can follow along from day one.
