The fireworks aren't the only thing worth looking forward to this Fourth of July 🇺🇸🥩 The Committee Chophouse is OPEN this Indepence Day!

For one day only, we're serving a special Committee Cookout featuring a braised and glazed Creekstone Farms short rib, grilled Morgan Ranch Wagyu strip finished with a whiskey flambé, and jalapeño cheddar sausage made from 1855 Black Angus beef.

Served alongside our take on a classic potato salad with togarashi, green onion, and shallot.
