Hey! It’s Wednesday and Wednesday is BBB (Bourbon, Beer & Burger). Our Award Winning Burger is our Signature Maurice Burger (80/20 cooked Pink or Done, Salty Virginia Ham, Smoky Gouda Cheese, Tangy Poached Pear, Lettuce and Tomato with a Smear of our Famous Blueberry Dijon Mayo) served with Fries (we like Truffle, for a small upcharge with Kewpie Mayo Dipping).
No substitutions of any kind please (but we do allow upgrades to premium beers and bourbons….ask server for additional fees for specific choices).

- Sushi Apprentice. Great opportunity to learn a new culinary skill for a quick learning person who is artistic, reliable and detail oriented.

- Sushi Chef. Must already possess rolling, cutting and plating skills to execute 20 different sushi rolls in a fast paced environment.
