Good morning Oneid, our hometown!

Today we are set up at Cricket Wireless Oneida Tn across from walmart and next to Murphys.

Last night I smoked another batch of wings. We continue to have smoked chicken drumsticks and Texas smoked sausage.

Blackberry cobbler is back!

Sopapilla cheesecake squares are to die for and ready for you to take home.

Who's ready for Fall on the Mall in Huntsville? We will be there all day on Saturday.

Good morning Oneida!

Change of plans, congratulations to O'Reilly Auto Parts on their remodel but there wasnt room for us today.

Instead we will be set up at Big South Fork Brewing 285 S Main street. I will be running the smoker all day so come take in the smells.

Todays specials are

Hey there Oneida friends and family!

Just a heads up we will be open tomorrow at O'Reilly Auto Parts from 10am until 7pm, later if yall keep coming.

A huge thanks to everyone we met at Park after Dark. Many of you got to try our scaled down festival menu, come on by and see the entire menu that includes appetizers, sides, sliced brisket and so much more. Your support has been amazing.

I am now past my 1 year mark living and working in Oneida. I have settled in and am so happy to be part of our community. Giving back is huge to us so if you have a non profit and want to partner we are always happy to be part of things that are bigger than us.

We will be open for breakfast 7am until 10 and lunch 10am until 2pm at South Fork Tack 1487 w 3rd Avenue in Oneida for their yard sale! Its inside so come out and check out the vendors.

Then we will pack up and head out to Oneida City Park for Park after Dark!

Hey yall,

We will be at Autozone in Oneida until 7pm with our full menu.

Tomorrow morning we will be at South Fork Tack opening at 7am to 10am for breakfast and then lunch from 10-2.

Then we will head to park after dark in Oneida city park.

Wings, drums and sausage is fresh out of the smoker, come grab some and warm up.

Need to feed the family? We sell pulled chicken, pork and brisket by the pound.

Once the chicken comes out then we will be smoking sausage. We sold all 24 peices we had in 1 day. Thanks all, we will keep making them as long as your buying it.

We have all your BBQ favorites including pulled pork, pulled chicken and Texas style brisket.

And we are home to the best smashburgers around. Made fresh never premade.

Good early afternoon yall!

We are set up and open at Big South Fork Brewing 285 S Main street in Oneida.

Todays specials are smoked wings, smoked sausage and the cowboy burger, a smashburger with chopped brisket and covered in our famous RRR cheese sauce.

We are almost into November so its time to place orders for smoked turkeys and ham. We are happy to smoke yours or we can provide one. We are also taking orders for catering as well.

Just a heads up with will be at Big South Fork Tack on Saturday morning serving breakfast and lunch until 2pm then headed back to BSFB for dinner and appetizers.

We do not have a spot lined up for Friday yet. Are you a business looking to boost your sales? DM me or call me if you are interested in having us at your place of business.
