Good morning Oneida and Scott County!

Well the football tournament was canceled. We will be open at 10am at Big South Fork Brewing 285 S Main st. We have plenty of all your BBQ favorites including Smoked Sausage Galina Gabrielle!

We still have blackberry cobbler with ice-cream, our next cobbler option will be peach. We always have plenty of Bananas Foster Pudding and our two new grilled sandwiches, the Lonestar Chicken Melt and Smokehouse Brisket Melt.

Its overcast and cool outside, a perfect day for some cold beer and BBQ. My favorite new beer is Mango Habenero, its delicious and pairs excellent with the Lonestar Chicken Melt.

We do have Bavarian Pretzels while they last and lots of Cajun Rice Balls.

Hey yall,

Its already been busy and we are busy at work in the trailer. Today we have smoked chicken and you saw it, Texas style sausage in the smoker. The sausage will be ready around 3pm so we will have it for dinner tonight, either served in a bun or sliced with sides.

Plus we will be rolling out a new hand crafted dessert today. When its ready we will post photos. Its going to be amazing!

Good morning Oneida and Scott County!

Today we are set up at Big South Fork Brewing 285 S Main street in Oneida until 8pm. We do have our Bavarian Pretzels, Cajun Rice Balls and our new Smokehouse dip and chips. We want to thank everyone who came out and tried our new Lonestar Chicken Melt and Smokehouse Brisket Melt yesterday. We will leave them on the menu for a while, we appreciate everyone who follows our culinary innovations.

Friday we will be at BSFB again and then Saturday morning we are doing a fund raiser for the Scott County Women's Shelter at Scott High School, it is a flag football tournament. We will donate 10% of our sales to the shelter. Come out and bring the family for some competitive flag football and support a great local cause. We will serve breakfast from 7am until 10am and do lunch until 2pm. We will then move back to BSFB for the evening.

We are excited to announce two new amaz8ng sandwiches.

The Lonestar Chicken Melt, smoked chicken, swiss cheese and a BBQ Pineapple Aioli on texas toast grilled to perfection.

The Smokehouse Melt, our Smokehouse Dip, pepperjack cheese and chopped brisket served on our Jalapeno Texas Toast grilled to perfection.
