🔥 CAMPFIRE S’MORE (Monthly Craving) - Graham cracker dough with milk chocolate chips, rolled in graham crumbs, topped with toasted marshmallows and a square of Hershey’s chocolate. July’s pick. The campfire comes to you.

🎆 FROSTED FIREWORK - Snickerdoodle cake dough rolled in cinnamon sugar, frosted with cake batter cream cheese frosting, and finished with red, white, and blue sanding sugar. The only fireworks you’re allowed to set off indoors.

🎂 BIRTHDAY CAKE - Golden Oreo sprinkle dough stuffed with a fudgy brookie dough center and finished with a vanilla drizzle. A party on the outside, chocolate at the middle.

🍰 BETTER THAN CHEESECAKE (CHILLED) - Chocolate pudding dough loaded with graham cracker pieces, topped with cheesecake whipped cream, more graham, and a Ghirardelli caramel drizzle. Served cold and somehow better than the real thing.

🖤 THE BISC-OREO - Crushed Oreo dough stuffed with a Biscoff cookie butter core and a whole Oreo, finished with melted Biscoff drizzle and Oreo dust. Two cookies went in so this one could exist.

🍓 STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE (CHILLED) - Pastry sugar dough with crushed strawberry Poptart, Lorna Doone cookies, a strawberry cream spread, fresh whipped cream, and a shortbread crumble. Served cold, eats like summer.

🍞 FRENCH TOAST (NEW) - Cinnamon sugar dough rolled tall and baked, finished with a maple butter ribbon and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Breakfast you can hold in one hand.

❤️ RED VELVET OREO - Red velvet dough with white chocolate chips, crushed Oreos folded through, and a powdered Oreo finish on top. Cookies in the cookie, the way it should be.

🥨 PB CARAMEL PRETZEL - Peanut butter dough with Reese’s peanut butter chips, crushed pretzels, and caramel bits. Sweet and salty doing exactly what they do best.

🏀 THE RECESS - Signature vanilla dough with Reese’s peanut butter cups, crushed Butterfinger, crushed Oreo, and a peanut butter drizzle. Every candy you used to trade for at lunch, baked into one cookie.

Ask Dad what he wants for Father’s Day. He’ll say nothing. He means one of everything on the menu. (JUN 19 - 25)

🌀 THE CANNOLI - Brown sugar dough with mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and a cinnamon cannoli cream filling piped right through the center. A whole dessert cart’s best idea, baked into a cookie.

🍫 FRENCH SILK PIE (CHILLED) - Chocolate Oreo dough layered with silky chocolate mousse, fresh whipped cream, and dark chocolate shavings, served cold. Pie, no fork required.

🌰 WHITE CARAMEL MACADAMIA - Signature dough with white chocolate chips and crushed macadamia nuts, finished with Ghirardelli caramel drizzle and a pinch of sea salt. Buttery, salty, sweet, in that order.

🥜 PEANUT BUTTER CUP - Peanut butter dough loaded with crushed Butterfinger and a Reese’s peanut butter cup stuffed in the middle. The one Dad grabs before he pretends he wasn’t going to.

🥥 THE SAMOA - White sugar dough with a Samoa cookie, toasted coconut and caramel mix, and milk chocolate. Coconut and caramel doing exactly what they were born to do.

🍫 DEATH BY RED VELVET - Red velvet dough with white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chips, and milk chocolate chips. Three chocolates deep. The name is fair warning.

🍯 COOKIE BUTTER CHEESECAKE (CHILLED) - Signature sugar dough with NY cheesecake spread, cookie butter drizzle, and white chocolate drizzle. Served cold, eats like cheesecake.

What’s three candy bars, a pie, and a croissant having an identity crisis? This week’s lineup. (JUN 5 - JUN 11)

🍫 BROOKIES & CREAM - Chocolate dough with a cookies and cream bar stuffed inside, crushed Oreo, and white chocolate drizzle. Two cookie ideas in one. We refused to pick.

🍬 TWIX - Shortbread dough stuffed with caramel, melted milk chocolate, and a shortbread crumble. The candy bar finally grew up.

🍌 BANANA CREAM PIE (chilled) - Pastry sugar dough with banana cream spread, graham cracker crust, and fresh whipped cream. Pie filling, cookie format.

🥜 THE RECESS - Vanilla dough with Reese’s peanut butter cups, crushed Butterfinger, crushed Oreo, and peanut butter drizzle. Everything from the bottom of the candy bag, on purpose.

🍁 MAPLE DOODLE - Warm brown sugar and maple syrup dough rolled in cinnamon sugar, finished with a maple icing drizzle. A snickerdoodle that spent the weekend at the cabin.
