I’ve learned something important about confidence — it doesn’t come from getting everything right. It comes from being willing to move forward even when everything isn’t polished.
Accepting imperfection isn’t weakness. It’s maturity. It’s understanding that mistakes are teachers, not verdicts. It’s recognizing that progress requires visibility, and visibility requires courage.
Some of us are waiting to feel “ready.” But growth rarely waits for comfort. It rewards action.
If you’re building something — a business, a relationship, your discipline — give yourself permission to grow out loud.
Perfection is not required for impact.
