Our little restaurant has grown! Thank you to everyone who has visited and supported us. We are very proud of our little cafe.
We are opening another one in Interlachen called True Grits! True Grits will be open everyday from 6am til 9pm. Please come visit. We have more seating and have added a few more items to the menu.

Unfortunately our little cafe in Orange Springs will be closed for a few weeks for repairs, cleaning and also hiring and training new staff.

**We are looking for cooks and waitstaff for both places! Email [email protected] for information, we will only be hiring **experienced** cooks and waitstaff! So if you know of anyone, give them our email address!!
It’s a great work environment! Pay is based on experience!
In a few weeks Ivie’s will be back open from 8am- 2pm Tuesday through Sunday. Closed Monday and Tuesday. But for now, visit us at True Grits in Interlachen!

I appreciate you and thank you for your patience and kinds words as we transition into this very exciting adventure.
