WOW! Yesterday blew our socks off. You just kept arriving! and calling! And ordering online! The wait got a little long there at one point as we tried to keep up and we apologize. A lot of care goes into each and every plate that leaves the kitchen. Elisha and Charlene put a lot of heart into their breakfasts.

Mushroom Omelets on the board today! And a freshly made quiche.

We've had large platters going out first thing every morning this week as well, so my posts have been a bit late. Here is what is in the bakery today.

We've been in the mood for hollandaise and it seemed like you were yesterday too. Eggs Irish was a sell out. Today we are offering Eggs Benedict!

Strawberry milkshake pancakes are still on the menu. Likely tomorrow as well!

Many have been commenting on how much you enjoy all the flavored coffee cream options. Especially for Iced Coffee. These flavored creams are sweetened, so no need to add sugar and try to get it to disolve! So we've added more flavors to the self serve coffee bar fridge. This week we added pecan praline and caramel macchiato.

Let's start the week of right with Eggs Irish and Hash omelets! Both perfectly topped off with creamy hollandaise.

A new Pancake flavor has made it on the list for this morning. Strawberry Milkshake! This is a fun take on our popular Strawberry milkshake cupcakes.

We are still going with the breakfast BLTs because y'all cant seem to get enough of 'em.

I packed full the bakery cases this morning because I know you missed us as much as we missed you and we will certainly see you soon!

Sound the alarm, the weekend is here! Start it off by having breakfast with us at the cafe

We have breakfast BLTs today. This time we are offering them on the smaller ciabattas but served with a hashbrown. Complete with that garlic mayo you love.

We have a limited quantity of Philly Cheeseteak Omelets. so come early to snag one of those.

We have hollandaise in the house this morning! Both regular and chipotle. If a cornbread benny isn't your thing, try an eggs florentine! Its made with spinach and sliced tomato instead. Or, have a side of holly for your homefries. thats how I like it best!

HOMEMADE MUSTARD BREAD!
Just kidding. It's lemon poppy bread, but we are laughing about how the yellow color for the glaze got away from me 😬 I promise it won't taste like mustard!

It's sausage gravy over homemade buttermilk biscuits day! Biscuits are warm and fresh out of the oven. Served with 2 eggs any style. A lot of our regulars will order a side of homefries as well to dip in their gravy. YUM!

Still filling the cases this morning. We had several orders so needed a little extra time to complete them.

WHAT A DAY YESTERDAY!
We had a full house from open until close. Phone orders also ringing non stop. Elisha and Charlene were still cooking 30 minutes after closing. I have to say, their last plate to leave the kitchen looked just as beautiful as their first one and thats no easy feat with an all day pace like that. I am so grateful to have such an incredible team.

RAVE REVIEWS ON THE BOSTON CREAM PANCAKES! So we will try to serve them all week if I can keep up with making the pastry cream.

Vermonters were a sell out yesterday as well but we picked up more apples so we can serve them again today.

We sold two days worth of Breakfast BLTs yesterday and are totally out of Ciabattas, so no more until next week's bread order. Be sure to come Tuesday and try one for yourself!
