The time has come...
It looks like Monday will be my last day at the cafe. Thank you all for being a part of the 4th St. Cafe story! I’ve been blessed in ways I hadn’t even imagined when I welcomed my first guests in for a seat at my table. It’s been an honor to be a tiny part of so many people’s lives.
My current chef, Jorge Vasquez, will be taking the reins from here, and I can't wait to see what he will do! The cafe will still have an *excellent* baker on staff (my daughter, Amy, is staying), so they should continue to have all of the delicious bakery items you're used to seeing in the pastry case.
I'll be taking some time to rest. Eventually my future will, undoubtedly, include some baking, but on a very, very much smaller scale. If you would like to keep track of what I’m doing in the future, you can like/follow this page on Facebook and I'll update as soon as I figure it out. https://www.facebook.com/Julies-Baking-Something-Good-103497622398968
In the meantime, you can expect some GREAT things from this little restaurant and it's new owner!
With much gratitude,
Julie ❤️
Always baking something good!
