For AAPI Heritage Month, we’re celebrating our very own Kristine Young, who has helped shape the DNA of through her integral roles at and now

While many of you know her as a staple of our front-of-house family, she is also the creative force behind Little Giant, a beloved pop-up where she translates her mother Nancy’s traditional Chinese recipes and decades of “muscle memory” into modern culinary must-haves.

This collaboration is a beautiful tribute to her heritage and maternal roots, proving that the best flavors are often rooted in family, ingenuity, and a deep love for the Orlando community.
