Dinner is on at the historic Cashtown Inn ✨
Join us Wednesday through Saturday from 4–8 PM for an evening of scratch-made specials, seasonal ingredients, and smoky flavors coming straight from our kitchen and smoker.
This week’s limited-time specials include:
• Rosemary Hot-Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs with crème fraîche, lemon, pickled shallot, crispy capers, and black garlic crème fraîche
• Smoked Prime Rib Burnt Ends — slow-roasted prime rib tips caramelized in a stout demi-glace with grilled smoked cheddar polenta, charred asparagus, and pickled shallot
• Heirloom Tomato & Peach Salad with Whipped Feta featuring ripe heirloom tomatoes, fresh peaches, cucumber, candied pecans, basil oil, aged balsamic, and flaky salt
And for dessert…
🍑 Corn Cake with Whiskey Peach Glaze & Candied Pecans — yellow cake with brown butter and caramelized corn
🍌 Brûléed Plantains with whipped cream cheese, caramel sauce, and candied pecans
Chef has been smoking many of this week’s specials right here at the Inn, and as always, we strive to make as much from scratch as possible.
These specials are available this week only and in limited quantities, while supplies last. Our regular dinner menu is also available.
