Hello, all!
As promised, another 'Bacci & Baldus' wine pairing dinner THIS coming THURSDAY, July 10th.
However, in order to make it slightly more intimate & to allow for more sharing of the people, places, and experiences that I've brought back to reimagine & share, I've decided to cut the seating down to 20 guests. This will provide the most enjoyable experience for you, myself, and the Iowa Culinary Institute students that will be working along side.
Thank you for your patience as I've waited (along with you!) for things to align in order to make another pairing dinner possible. I'm looking forward to hosting the first 20 guests to reserve!
