Whether he's helping keep our dining areas clean and welcoming, delivering meals promptly to guests, or assisting with day-to-day dock operations, Carter is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.

Known by the staff as the restaurant's "little brother," Carter brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality to every shift. His willingness to help and friendly personality make him a valued member of our crew and a familiar face to many of our guests.

If you're visiting by boat, Carter is also available to deliver to-go orders directly to the floating dock, ensuring boaters can enjoy their meals without ever having to leave the water. From restaurant to river, Carter helps make every guest experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
