Due to the extreme heat and my schedule being full, the curbside bakery will resume the second weekend of August.

However, we are open to preorders to be picked up inside the bakery box. So if you want any goodies let me know. I will do my best to have them ready for you.

✨ A touch of nostalgia today. I love the Cosmic Brownies you get from the big box stores. Today I turned my brownie recipe into a nostalgic favorite. ✨

Teaching my daughter how to make pasta today.

Simple recipe, 1 cup flour and 2 large eggs. Mix, knead and shape into a dough ball. We separated it into 2 halves. Flattened each half with a rolling pin before feeding it through a pasta machine to our desired thickness. Unfortunately our borrowed pasta machine cutting rollers does not function as intended so our dough was cut by hand with a knife.

And then she got creative with the scraps and formed an origami swan out of the scraps.

Come see this pasta get judged at the Jackson County Fair Wi on Wednesday July 29th at 4pm. She will also be showing brownies (yes they are the fairy brownie recipe), fudge, red velvet chocolate chip cookies, and soft pretzels.
