We prepared for MONTHS for this month… and just like that, we made it through! 🥹❤️

In a matter of just TWO WEEKS, we took on two street fairs AND a wedding! 🌮🔥 And while everyone sees the finished plates, the smiling faces, and the food coming out of the truck… they don’t always see what happens behind the scenes.

The long days. The late nights. The prepping, chopping, cooking, loading, unloading, cleaning, running back and forth, and somehow still finding the energy to laugh through it all. 😂❤️

And God. 🙏🏽 Because honestly, there is no way we could have done any of this without Him. Somehow, He gave us the strength, energy, and grace to keep going — all while balancing a full-time job, family, and everything else life throws our way. 😂❤️

But none of this would have been possible without OUR TEAM.

So I have to give the BIGGEST, most heartfelt SHOUT-OUT to each and every one of you! 🙌🏽❤️

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for working hard. Thank you for stepping in wherever you were needed. Thank you for believing in Ella’s and treating this little dream of ours like it mattered to you, too.

There were moments when we were exhausted, overwhelmed, and probably wondering what we got ourselves into 😂… but we pushed through TOGETHER.

Ella’s Catering & Food Truck may have our name on it, but it takes an incredible TEAM to make everything happen. 🌮🧡

And to our customers and community who kept showing up, standing in those lines, supporting us, sharing our posts, and telling others about us — THANK YOU. You have no idea how much your support means to our family and our team.

Two street fairs. One wedding. Two crazy weeks. Countless hours. A full-time job. A whole lot of tacos. 😂🌮

And memories we’ll never forget.
