Is it safe to assume your kids have already collected obnoxious amounts of candy this past week?! If that's true in your home, here are some healthy ways to celebrate the end of the spooky season with your family!
Gather everyone in the kitchen and start making some these kid-approved Halloween treats.
๐ Roasted Pumpkin Seeds: Simply clean seeds, toss with olive oil, and roast in a 375-degree oven until brown.
๐ Baked Apple Chips: Slice thin and bake in a 250-degree oven for 2 hours. They come out nice and crisp and taste extra good with a little sprinkle of cinnamon.
๐๐ Monster Fruit: Get creative with your favorite fruits, almond butter, nuts and some melted dark chocolate!
