Cooking some stuff for a friend, so I’m going to cook extra that folks can order for pickup Wednesday (July 2nd). We have a case of pork butts that we bought for a catering deal that didn't work out. We're going to cook them up and have bulk pulled pork ready on Friday. We will have 30 lbs available and are going to discount it from our normal price. $12.00 per lb, available for pickup between 11:00 - 6:00 on Friday. We'll also go ahead and make a batch of bbq sauce and will have approximately 20 pints available for $8.00. Please send a message to place an order.

Looking for a plumber to fix some water lines under our sinks in the trailer. I'm tired of pretending that I'm a plumber. Mostly pex lines, with some connectors and joints that need to be replaced. Message me if you're interested. I'll be making some calls Monday, but figured that group sourcing from our customer base would be cool. Cash payment and some bbq for the plumber that gets the job done.

Cooking a small catering order for Thursday. I went ahead and purchased an entire case of Creekstone Farms brisket, but only need a couple of briskets to fulfill the order. I'll cook the rest if at least 5 people would like to purchase a pound. $28 per lb, with approximately 10 lbs available. Will need to sell at least 5 lbs to make this doable. Hopefully some of the folks that missed out Saturday can get in on this. Please send a message and I'll get back to you.
