Something new is coming.

As we prepare to open **Thai Story** later this year in our new home, we’d like to give you a preview of what’s to come.

Beginning July 1, we’re introducing **A Taste of Thailand**, a monthly feature menu that offers a glimpse into the stories, flavors, and regional dishes you’ll experience at Thai Story. Each month, we’ll feature one appetizer, one entrée, one dessert, and one cocktail inspired by a different part of Thailand.

Our first stop is **Bangkok Street Food by Chef Nikki**, featuring Tom Yum Edamame, Khao Moo Daeng, Khao Niew Pla Haeng, and our signature cocktail, Yaowarat Glow.

As a father, he leads with love, patience, and support. As Ann’s husband, he has been a constant source of encouragement through every project, challenge, and dream. Many of the things you see today would not be possible without the support he provides behind the scenes.
