Owasso Family Billiards was built on generations of family, friendship, and community..and now, it’s our turn to carry that forward! Our story started nearly 40 years ago, when Jackie’s family opened a small, family-friendly pool hall in Bakersfield, California. At the time, much like Owasso today, there weren’t many places designed for families to gather, play, and feel welcome. That little pool

hall quickly became a local favorite and naturally grew into additional family-run ventures, all centered around creating warm, inviting spaces for people to spend time together. Those businesses were family-owned and operated, and Jackie spent much of her childhood inside pool halls: playing, learning, and watching firsthand what it takes to build a people-focused business. During those years, Joe’s dad was a close family friend, often helping out with handyman work and spending time around the room. Our families crossed paths many times over the years without realizing just how connected our stories already were. In 2011, we officially met while working at one of those family businesses: the pool hall that had been Joe’s favorite place to play, and the one Jackie was managing at the time. From there, our story naturally unfolded, and we’ve been building our dream together ever since. Today, we are the owners and operators of Owasso Family Billiards. Over the years, we’ve grown together not just as business partners, but as a family. This place holds special meaning for us: we’re dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone, whether you’re reliving those first days or making new memories, can feel at home. People often ask us where we’re from and why we chose Owasso. The answer is simple: our grandparents on both sides were born and raised in Oklahoma, and we’ve always known this is where we wanted to plant our roots. Owasso felt like home even before it officially became our home: and now, we're here to stay! Everything at OFB is centered on Family. A welcoming place designed for all ages.

We owe everyone an update, and honestly, probably an apology too!

We know so many of you have been calling, leaving voicemails, messaging us, and even stopping by trying to find out when we are opening. Please don’t think we are ignoring you. We see the messages, we hear the voicemails, and we truly appreciate how excited everyone is.

The truth is, we have faced delay after delay behind the scenes, and we just haven’t wanted to announce another opening date until we know with certainty that we can make it happen. We know it is frustrating, and believe us, nobody wants these doors open more than we do.

We have poured our hearts, time, savings, and nearly every ounce of energy we have into Owasso Family Billiards. Some days have been incredibly stressful and discouraging, but we are still here, still working, and still doing everything we possibly can to get open!

As soon as we have a date we can confidently stand behind, you will know. We promise there will be A LOT of announcements, hopefully without getting too annoying😂🎱

Thank you for being patient with us, continuing to check on us, and caring so much about what we are trying to bring to Owasso. It truly means more to our family than you know❤️
