OTB Cafe in downtown Owatonna is taking applications for an early morning baker for our kettle-boiled bagels. The job is late night and/or early morning hours (approximately 2-3 am start) Tuesday through Saturday (No Sundays). Shifts are anywhere from 4-8 hours, depending on the day of the week. Job requires moderate lifting and stretching. Able to tolerate hot and humid environments. Candidate must be EXTREMELY dependable, be able to multitask, detail oriented, conscientious of quality, take pride in a job well done and be able to work independently. Hours are late night/early mornings and are somewhat flexible when you can come in and get started and finish. Experience is not required; we will train the right candidate. Please know that this job is somewhat physically demanding; it is not a typical baking position. Starting pay is $18/hour with room for quick advancement on quality of work.
