Meet Evan, a recent member of the Briarpatch family, having only been working at the Patch since August 2025. Evan is 17 and a recent transplant from South Florida. He has been an important and committed addition to our staff, having started off as a host but though much effort and displays of growth, has grown to work as a busser flipping tables, a restocker of our salad bar, and as an expo working directly with the kitchen, our servers, and our Briarpatch guests with the goal of helping provide a seamless experience for every person he interacts with.

Evan commits his all every shift in order to make sure everyone feels heard and accommodated for, always committing to the team as a whole making sure that the restaurant runs smoothly. If that's running food to tables and interacting with customers, busing and clearing the tables in our dining room, guiding our guests to their seat with a smile, or freshening up our salad bar he's willing to go far for the sake of the restaurant.
