More than 200 recipe submissions were narrowed to just eight finalists in Napa, where some of the country's best pizza makers competed using REAL CALIFORNIA dairy products.
We're also proud to recognize U.S. Pizza Team member John McCaffrey of Yellow Bridge Brewing Co., who represented the USPT as this year's only team member selected as a finalist in his first year on the tam. It was an incredible opportunity, and another reminder of the talent and camaraderie that make this event so special.
