Manila Skillet

Manila Skillet Filipino food —sweet & savory—An asian cuisine that has been missing in our Oxford, MS town.

Our food is influenced by different cultures including Spanish, Chinese, and many other interesting and different flavors and cooking styles. Manila Skillet started in 2016 as a food truck and pop-up restaurant in the Nashville, TN area. Our mission is to bring our delicious, Authentic Filipino cuisine to Nashville through Food Truck, Events, and Catering. Traditional food from the Philippines is

one of the varieties of Asian cuisine that's missing from Nashville's booming food scene. We strive to be the first and best quality Filipino restaurant to arrive in Nashville. With more than 20,000 Filipinos in Middle Tennessee as of 2015, according to the Filipino American Association of Tennessee, it's about time we stepped up and offered this amazing food to the Nashville area!

Here’s Ate Rowena who’s been helping Manila Skillet a lot since I’ve met her last year. When you see her you can call her Ah-teh Rowena (Ate means big sister, it’s our way of showing respect to a person we know that’s older than us 🤗)

See you all! 😘
