I would like to address some concerns about the current lettuce crisis we would like to reassure our customers that we do not use iceberg lettuce. It never enters our building. We don’t use it in any form or fashion.

So let’s talk about something, First we have the most awesome customer base a small business could ever ask for. Recently a topic came up that a customer asked me about. The question was “what’s one of the things that is hurting small business?” Card fees the banks charge the same fee whether it’s credit card or debit card. Card fees are getting ridiculous and I understand some people don’t like to carry cash but if there’s one small thing we can do to help small business that is to use Cash whenever possible. Us little guys don’t have the bargaining power to get better rates on credit card processing and it definitely would help us to keep cost down when you use cash.
Now don’t get me wrong I don’t want you to eat somewhere else, but I thought I would address this as a real cost that is hurting small business, so whether it’s Card or Cash, we would still love to serve you.

Notice: Unfortunately due to a lack of labor, we’re going to have to go back down to six days a week, so starting next week we will not be open on Wednesdays. I physically and mentally cannot continue to work 70+ hours a week, so until I can find reliable labor, this is my only option for my own sanity.
