😂 Alright… we know.

We’ve had enough “closing updates” to last a lifetime.

So here’s the one we’ve all been waiting for…

📅 Vallemar Station’s final day will be Sunday, July 12.

For everyone asking what happened, the restaurant was set to continue under new ownership, but the landlords ultimately decided not to move forward with the lease. That means July 12 will be our final day.

If you’ve been saying, “We need to get back there,” this is your chance.

Whether it’s your favorite Prime Rib, a bowl of Clam Chowder, fresh seafood, a cocktail at the bar, or dinner with family and friends, we’d love to see you before the doors close.

As our final days at Vallemar Station come to an end, we want to thank everyone who has supported us and understood how much this place has meant to our family. Saying goodbye has been incredibly hard.

Although we’re disappointed we couldn’t pass the restaurant on, we know it’s time to close this chapter.

If you’d like to visit one last time, we’d love to see you before we close on Sunday, July 12. We’ll be open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM, serving many of your favorite dishes and a few special farewell offerings—please stop by, share a meal, and help us celebrate these final moments together.

Quick update because there’s been a lot of confusion and rumors going around town:

Yes, Vallemar Station is officially closing — that part is set in stone. However, we do NOT have an exact closing date yet. We are still waiting for the new owners and landlords to finalize everything, and once that happens we expect to have approximately 20–40 days remaining.

We know everyone keeps hearing different things, so we want to make this as clear as possible: we are still OPEN and will continue serving our community as long as we possibly can ❤️

We also want to be honest — things have been really difficult, and we truly need your support during this time. Every meal, every drink, every visit helps us stay open longer and helps support the Ash family as we navigate this transition.

As soon as we have an official final date, we promise we will let everyone know. Until then, come have a meal, a drink, watch the games, and make some more memories with us 🍻
