New appetizer just dropped and it’s gluten free!

Our Ratatouille Pie is a celebration of what’s growing locally right now, featuring vibrant seasonal produce like holy basil, heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini.

Served alongside a fresh market greens salad tossed in Olio Verde and Banyuls vinegar, this dish is a beautiful showcase of summer’s best flavors 🍅.

Our newest cocktail is upping the game.

Kelsey’s “Secret Garden” explores savory, umami-driven flavors in a fresh riff on a gimlet. Built with aquavit, gin, and dry vermouth, it’s layered with house-made snap pea syrup, lime, tarragon, and mint-dill oil, finished with an absinthe wash for an herbaceous, aromatic edge.

Power is fully restored, and we are back in business this evening! Dinner from 4-8:30. We are pretty full, so be sure to make a reservation!

Shish*tos are in season, and this new appetizer is quickly becoming one of our summer favorites.

Featuring homemade white bean hummus, dukkah, and Summit Roots red pepper muhammara, every bite is packed with flavor.

Order it with a bread board because you won’t want to leave a single scoop of that hummus behind.
