to cherish as a child. Chef Chatree, “Chat” puts the same love and care into each dish that a loving grandmother would put into preparing for her cherished grandchildren. He meticulously selects and purchases only the freshest available ingredients, then he prepares each dish to exacting standards of taste and texture. Chat will pull and re-fire any dish due to subtle differences in flavor that most couldn’t detect. His finely developed sense of taste, and his obsession for culinary perfection are two factors in that result in your enjoying some of the finest Thai creations this side of Bangkok.

We just got the call from Sue Huff from the Health Dept and have gotten the green light to open as normal.

Dining room is open!!

We will bleed all our water lines for a few minutes and we will be back to normal operations.

All water sample tests have come back clear from Great Basin and all businesses have been cleared to reopen without restrictions.

Thank you to Sue Huff and Great Basin for working diligently to resolve this issue!

We have not heard anything back regarding the water sample test. So for now, we are still on a precautionary boil order.

We are going to open for carryout/to-go orders only. We will be adhering to all provisions within the boil order. We will not be offering any water or sodas at this time. Coffee, tea, Thai coffee and Thai tea are unaffected and will be available all day.

When the boil order is lifted, we will re-open the dining room. Guests are free to order in person or call orders in at 7755377227. We also have delivery available through doordash.

We are **HOPING** to be able to reopen today. Maybe at noon? Maybe later?

We are waiting to hear back from Great Basin regarding their final water sample test, which was collected yesterday. Please be praying for us, y'all. Three days closed was rough. We're really hoping it doesn't have to be four. **fingers crossed** We'll keep y'all posted!

After further review, Chatthai will remain closed until the precautionary boil order is lifted. We don't have an adequate way for staff and employees to safely handwash and there are other logistical issues that we've been unable to reach solutions for.

According to Great Basin and the health dept., all water tests should be completed by the end of the week. The hope is that we will be able to reopen for Saturday service. We will continue to keep everyone posted through Facebook. Thank you for your support and understanding.

As of the most recent update from Great Basin Water, the precautionary boil order will likely remain in effect until early next week. Chatthai will reopen tomorrow at noon for normal service with some exceptions. Sodas will be served from cans (no free refills, sorry), ice will be purchased by the bag, only bottled water will be served. Coffee and tea will not be impacted. We will be taking all precautions to keep our guests safe. Please bear with us as we have a few unusual days as we navigate this precautionary boil order this week. Thank you. 🚨 Temporary Closure Notice 🚨

Due to a water main break in our area and the current boil water advisory, we will be closed for the day.

Out of an abundance of caution and to ensure the safety and quality you expect from us, we’ve made the decision to pause operations until the water issue is resolved.

We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we’re able to reopen. We expect to be able to reopen tomorrow, 4/16/2026 at noon. If this changes, we will let yall know.
