CR Smalls is looking for a friendly, dependable waitress to join our team!

🍽 Position: Waitress�
📍 Location: CR Smalls – Palestine, AR

What we’re looking for:�✅ Positive attitude and great customer service�✅ Dependable and willing to work as part of a team�✅ Must be available to work all shifts

Restaurant Hours:�🕕 Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM�🕕 Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

This position will primarily be daytime hours, but availability for all shifts is required.

💙 While we absolutely love our high school team members and appreciate everything they do, this particular position requires someone who has already graduated from high school. We’re looking for someone who can be available any day of the week and work any shift as needed.

Experience is preferred but not required. If you’re willing to learn and we see you’ve got what it takes, we’ll gladly train the right person! As you grow into the role, your hours could increase and change based on performance and business needs.

If you’re looking for a fast-paced, family-oriented workplace where hard work is appreciated, we’d love to meet you!
