We started the year off more focused and connected than everrr and we think we are just picking up momentum… there’s something missing though, it’s YOU!!

Just when you thought we were just your little neighborhood healthy shake and tea bar, here we go with HIIT classes, b***y bands, hiking club, yoga, creative nights and adventures across the desert!

Special announcement! We will open late This Thursday only… as we’ve been given the distinct honor of representing our philanthropy mission, the Herbalife Family Foundation that provides good nutrition, education, shelter, and a safe place for thousands of children around the world, at the Engage For Good conference tomorrow to close out their very special week.

Did you know that every time you grab a Fit Sip with us, that a portion of the proceeds goes directly to HFF?! The project is near to our heart and we thank YOU all for helping us make such a difference for children all around the world, and especially at our Casa Herbalife in LA that we’ve gotten to volunteer tons of time and love to too!

The desert needs a cool spot to come together, hang out, and be healthy… don’t you agree?

We’ve been living here full time for a long while and there’s just not a spot we’ve found that we can grab a healthy drink, meet with friends/study/have a business meeting/read a book. Maybe a place with a little live music or a board game night? How about a low key yoga class or meditation moment?

You don’t want to drive into the City either?

Well… we are coming soon! You’ll be coming over for the plant-based protein shakes that taste like dessert or maybe the metabolism/brain/life-boosting teas, and we hope you’ll stick around for the community vibes 🙌

Hello hello! We’re the new protein smoothie, metabolism-boosting tea, and protein coffee cafe and community spot coming to the Indio / La Quinta area! ☀️

And yes, we’re locals! Holly & Melissa here! We’ve been loving living in this area for quite a while and are so excited to see more and more people living here full time!
