After an incredible decade of serving this amazing community, we have decided to move on to a new chapter. Owning the Speed Trap Bistro has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. We will forever cherish the memories of serving great food and drinks, unforgettable nights of live music, wine nights, and the countless connections we’ve made with so many wonderful people. We’re beyond grateful for all the support and love you’ve shown over the years. As we step back, we are thrilled to announce that the Garcia Family will carry on the legacy of community and quality.
