Well it feels like the nice days are finally here to stay and our June smoothie special gives a big shoutout to the folks that make the valley such a great place to get outside, the Mat-Su Trail Crew! 🌲 From clearing fallen trees and repairing erosion, to constructing bridges and trail features, their work helps keep our outdoor spaces accessible and enjoyable for everyone! Introducing our new April smoothie special, Tomato-Tom-ah-to! Ever since The Fern opened we’ve wanted to make a savory, tomato-forward smoothie (hey, tomatoes are fruits too! 🍅) and today is that day! Blended with fresh garlic, basil, and the finest mozzarella cheese, and topped with our house-made onion whipped cream.
