Thank you to everyone who came out to see us at the Reindeer Farm this month. It was our pleasure serving you. We have a big announcement to make that involves some major changes.

After some unforseen life changes, The Alaska Mac Shack will be moving down to Washington State at the end of the month. We have truly loved serving you and the community of Alaska for the last 3 years. This is definitely a sad moment for us to say goodbye, but we are excited to start a new chapter of our lives.

Thank you to everyone for your support and love for us. It truly means the world that you loved our food. We will miss you!!!

Helllloooooo Mac and Cheese lovers! We know we've been gone for a minute, but we are very excited to be returning to the Reindeer farm this year! We will be out every Saturday in October (4th 11th 18th and 25th) from 10am - 6pm and Friday Oct 10th and Friday Oct 17th from 1pm - 6pm. With chilly fall returning we are bringing back the tomato soup to warm up your bellies! We are also returning our hot cocoa, hot apple Cider, and Grizzly soup combo! This is a fun family friendly event and we hope to see as many of you as we can!

We loved celebrating the 4th yesterday in Seward! The sun was shining and we got to watch some crazy athletes compete in Mt Marathon. You guys are built different! 🤯

We are still out in Seward today from 10-6pm before we head out, so be sure to get some Mac and cheese and Mac Wraps before we sell out today!

Be sure to come see us at the 4th of July/My Marathon this weekend! We'll be open from 12-6 today, 9-6 tomorrow and 10-6 on Saturday. Be sure to come hungry we brought a whole lot more pork this year for everyone!!

We are all set up and ready to go at the Scottish Hiland Games at the Palmer Star Fairgrounds!! We will be here from 8am-6pm today and tomorrow.

We will be serving from our Hiland Menu which includes Tattie Soup and Buttery Bannock Cookies.

And this year we are bringing in your favorite, our Kalua Pork! Be sure to come hungry! Excited to see your Scottish Pride!

Come see us today at the Friday Fling from 11-6pm in downtown Palmer! Our last Friday thing we sold out of Kalua Pork and Mac quick so be sure to stop by early if you want some! The sun has come out after a week of rain and we hope yoto see you out enjoying this beautiful weather!!

Happy Mothers Day Weekend!!! We are very excited to be attending the spring food truck fest! We run from 2-7pm today, 10-6pm on Saturday and 10-4pm on Sunday.

We are located at the Alaska State Fairgrounds and will have hot delicious food for all of you! Be sure to come get our pork and mac before we sell out.

Hello Mac lovers! The sun is coming out again and so are we! Here is our summer schedule for this year! We will be kicking it off at the Arctic Comicon in Anchorage. We are so excited to be back out this year serving you all.

We are out of the fairgrounds today and tomorrow for the Alaska vintage holiday market! We will be out here from 10:00 to 6:00 today and 10:00 to 4:00 tomorrow. It's a beautiful cold crisp morning, and we've got hot drinks, deep fried mac wraps, Kalua pork, hot creamy tomato soup, grilled cheese, and fresh mac and cheese to warm you up. Be sure to come hungry and join the fun! There are a lot of great vendors here for Christmas presents and stocking stuffers.
