🍎 APPLE CRUMBLE CHEESECAKE 🍏
🍎Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham crackers
6 Tablespoons butter
🍎Apple Crumble Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
🍎Cheesecake Filling:
4 8oz bars cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
🍎Apple Filling:
4 medium sized apples (i used granny smith and honeycrisp)
1/2 brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp corn starch
🍏INSTRUCTIONS:🍏
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare a 9” springform pan with parchment circle for@easy removal.
🍎Apple Filling:
1. Peel and cut apples into medium thin slices and add to a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, sift the brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Add to bowl with apples and add vanilla.
3. In a hot pan cook for about 10-12 minutes and put aside.
🍰Cheesecake filling:
1. Mix and beat the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and heavy whipping cream until combined.
🎂Crust:
1. Put the graham crackers through a food processor. Once made into small pieces combine with melted butter.
2. Place mixture into springform pan and use the bottom of a cup to spread evenly.
3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
👩🏼🍳Crumble:
1. Combine all ingredients.
🎂Assembly:
1. In your pan with the baked crust add a layer of cheesecake filling. Add the apple filling. Cover the apple filling with one last layer of cheesecake filling and one more apple on top.
2. Sprinkle crumble on top until thoroughly covered.
3. Cover the bottom of the pan with foil. Place in a banne marie (1” of water) and place into oven.
4. Bake for an hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 155°F.
5. Let it cool overnight in the fridge or at least four hours.
6. Enjoy!
